You may return any item purchased from GSystems Concepts for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and clinic orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items. You may bring returns in person to our clinic or you may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the thirty (30) day period. GSystems Concepts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
